The service

Fly in Public is a marketing game that lets you publish a daily public link and renders a public flight page from those links. The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee.

Your account

You sign in with X, Google, or an emailed one-time link. You are responsible for keeping the account or inbox you sign in with secure. One person, one account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Fly in Public to publish links to illegal content, spam, harassment, hate speech, or anything that violates the platform you're linking from. We reserve the right to remove proofs and terminate accounts that do.

Your content

You keep all rights to the links and metadata (messages, bio) you publish. By posting them, you agree we can render and cache them on your public flight page and on the leaderboard.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
