The whole point of a pre-paid plan is to put a limit to how much can be spent, and not have to deal with "you owe me" headaches. If credits run out, the customer needs to top up. Makes total sense. @fal letting me go into negative and accumulate 'debt' is not something I find acceptable. I reached out to support to clear this debt and they refuse. I know, it's only $13, but it could easily rack up in orders of magnitudes without noticing. Pls stop these dark UX patterns, it's not OK. Or at least improve your customer support
